DIRECTIONS

GLAMMY’S CONFIDENTIALS® requires that you first perform an allergy skin test, using a sample included with your purchase.  Shave body hair from your tummy area where GLAMMY’S CONFIDENTIALS® patented Tummy Control Application will be applied.  Wash and then dry thoroughly before applying.  Peel and release a half section of the liner backing (either left or right).  Align to your mid tummy by applying pressure to hold it in place.  Stretch firmly and apply the remaining GLAMMY’S CONFIDENTIALS® patented Tummy Control Application (horizontally & vertically), simultaneously towards your hips.  Repeat the same process for the other half side.  Avoid wearing GLAMMY’S CONFIDENTIALS® patented Tummy Control Application in hot tubs, saunas and spas.  Additionally, do not apply any lotions, body powders and perfumes near the application area, as this will weaken the adhesive bond.
